We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Breezy Bargains. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@breezybargainstoday.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you'd prefer an exchange, please let us know the item or variant you'd like and we'll arrange this once the original item is received.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged through misuse or returned outside the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
